This piece is meant to be viewed from left to right. The left side is winter with its dreary browns but as you go to the left you see signs of spring in the fresh blades of grass, the brilliant color of the flowers, and the bee gathering pollen.

This is a favorite of the monochrome series. It actually started out as a purple and white flower but I was guided to make it this beautiful color. I took it on a photo walk near a church.
